this is a entry for 's contest ive decided to use alot more time at my draws/aquarells...
as you see the scanner killed it D: but anyway...

its supposed to be Mew's caracter Mesmirix but i cinda feeled like making her a new dress if it's okay i drived my own style over the whole paper... so im cinda proud

Tools used: 0,1 Black pen, and My Dads Aquarells... hope he dosen't find out
